Platform Rules
Last updated: July 26, 2026
These Platform Rules describe how Blocksfinity moderates user-facing content and sponsored placements. They supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. This document is product guidance, not legal advice. Laws vary by jurisdiction; you are responsible for compliance where you live and operate.
Blocksfinity provides blockchain explorer and wallet-connected tools for the Vaulta network. We may display third-party projects, tokens, and links. Display is not endorsement. We may remove or refuse content that creates legal, security, or user-harm risk.
Blocksfinity is non-custodial software. We do not hold private keys, seed phrases, or user tokens. We are not a bank, broker, exchange, custodian, or investment adviser. Wallet actions are initiated and signed by you through your wallet provider.
- Illegal content or activity, including fraud, phishing, malware distribution, or instructions to commit crimes.
- Impersonation of Blocksfinity, wallet providers, exchanges, block producers, or other persons or brands.
- Scams: fake airdrops, credential harvesting, “guaranteed returns,” or requests to send seed phrases or private keys.
- Hate, harassment, or sexually exploitative material involving minors.
- Content that facilitates sanctions evasion, money laundering, or export-control violations.
- Spam, deceptive metadata, or manipulative placement intended to mislead users about organic rankings.
Do not use Blocksfinity placements to offer unregistered securities where prohibited, or to make misleading investment claims. Sponsored copy must not promise profits, “risk-free” yields, or guaranteed returns. Blocksfinity does not verify token economics or regulatory status of listed projects.
You may not use Blocksfinity if you are barred by applicable sanctions or export controls, or to transact on behalf of restricted persons or jurisdictions. We may restrict access when required to reduce legal or security risk.
Some features (such as identity verification or provisional accounts) may require KYC through third-party providers. Those flows are governed by the provider’s terms. Blocksfinity does not store identity documents for those flows unless explicitly disclosed in the Privacy Policy.
Sponsored listings are paid placements labeled “Sponsored.” Payment is in A tokens to the on-chain treasury configured by Blocksfinity. Ranking among active listings is by confirmed bid amount (higher bid wins placement among approved, non-delisted entries).
- Sponsorship fees cover Blocksfinity placement and promotion only — not third-party pool creation fees (e.g. Alcor creationFee).
- All sponsored copy is screened automatically and may be reviewed by admins before or after going live.
- We may delist content that violates these rules without notice.
- Fees are generally non-refundable when listings are removed for policy violations.
Submissions may be screened by automated tools and human reviewers. Admins may approve, reject, delist, or restore listings. Automated screening can err; admin review is final for moderation disputes we choose to entertain.
No refund on rules-based takedown
If your sponsored listing is removed or rejected for violating these Platform Rules (including after initial approval), you are not entitled to a refund of sponsorship fees paid in A. On-chain transfers to the treasury are irreversible.
Blockchain activity involves risk. Public chain data may be permanent. Blocksfinity does not guarantee accuracy of explorer data, third-party links, or exchange information. Nothing here is financial, legal, or tax advice.
