Blocksfinity is designed as a non-custodial blockchain explorer and user-directed wallet interface.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Blocksfinity does not custody tokens;
• Blocksfinity does not control user wallets;
• Blocksfinity does not collect private keys, seed phrases, recovery phrases, or wallet passwords;
• Blocksfinity does not use wallet information to make decisions about users;
• Blocksfinity does not sell personal information for money;
• Blocksfinity does not use connected wallet addresses, account names, or public keys for targeted advertising;
• Blocksfinity does not currently analyze wallet-connected information to profile users.

Blocksfinity may use standard website analytics, such as Google Analytics 4, to understand general traffic, website performance, and feature usage.

We collect information in the following ways.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Blocksfinity does not collect or store:

• private keys;
• seed phrases;
• recovery phrases;
• wallet passwords;
• custody credentials for your assets;
• full payment card numbers;
• government identification documents.

You should never provide these details to Blocksfinity or anyone claiming to represent Blocksfinity.

We use information to:

• operate, maintain, and secure the website;
• provide blockchain explorer features;
• enable wallet-connected functionality;
• display account, transaction, token, staking, voting, proxy, RAM, CPU, NET, multisig, contract, and chain data;
• prepare user-directed blockchain transactions for wallet signing;
• support protocol-level token swap or token-migration functionality;
• provide support and respond to inquiries;
• diagnose bugs, outages, RPC failures, indexing issues, and performance problems;
• improve website performance, content, analytics, and user experience;
• monitor uptime, abuse, errors, fraud, and security threats;
• communicate with users;
• maintain records of support requests;
• comply with legal obligations;
• enforce our Terms and protect our rights.

We do not use private keys or seed phrases because we do not collect them.

Blocksfinity may include voting tools, proxy tools, or transaction flows that allow users to vote for, proxy votes to, or otherwise support EOS Support, an EOS/Vaulta ecosystem initiative associated with RORO Technology LLC.
Some wallet-connected actions or voting features may include, suggest, preconfigure, or prepare voting actions involving the EOS Support proxy, EOS Support block producer, or related RORO Technology LLC-supported voting accounts.
When such functionality is used, related voting activity may be publicly visible on-chain. This may include account names, vote actions, proxy selections, timestamps, and transaction IDs.
Blocksfinity does not use voting information to profile users for advertising. RORO Technology LLC may benefit if users vote for EOS Support, vote for an EOS Support proxy, or vote for a RORO Technology LLC-supported block producer, because such votes may improve block producer position, visibility, reputation, ecosystem influence, and potential network rewards.

Blocksfinity may provide an interface for protocol-level token swap, token conversion, or token migration functionality, including 1:1 token swap or migration functionality where applicable.
Unless expressly disclosed otherwise, Blocksfinity does not charge a fee, spread, commission, markup, or routing fee for protocol-level 1:1 token swap or migration functionality.
Swap or migration transactions may involve public blockchain data, including account names, token quantities, token symbols, smart-contract actions, transaction IDs, timestamps, and other on-chain metadata.
Blocksfinity does not custody tokens during the swap or migration process and does not collect private keys, seed phrases, recovery phrases, or wallet passwords.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis for processing personal information, we rely on one or more of the following:

• your consent, such as when you submit a form, accept cookies, or connect a wallet;
• performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps, such as providing requested website functionality or responding to support requests;

• wallet-connect or wallet infrastructure providers;
• blockchain nodes, RPC providers, APIs, and block explorers;

• successors in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, asset sale, financing, or similar transaction.

Blocksfinity does not sell personal information for money.
Blocksfinity does not share private keys, seed phrases, recovery phrases, or wallet passwords because Blocksfinity does not collect them.

When you provide a mobile number and request a verification code during account registration or contact updates, Identity Inc. (operated by RORO Technology LLC) may send a transactional one-time SMS passcode and limited account-related notices. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to opt out of SMS or HELP for assistance.
Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Messaging providers such as Twilio, and Identity Inc. as the verification service, receive mobile numbers only as service providers to deliver the messages you initiate or that are necessary for the account service.
SMS messages in this flow are transactional and user-initiated (or limited account notices after you have verified the number). They are not used for marketing campaigns.

When you use blockchain networks, certain information may be publicly visible and permanently recorded. This may include wallet addresses, account names, public keys, transaction IDs, token balances, token transfers, voting activity, proxy activity, staking activity, RAM usage, CPU usage, NET usage, account permissions, smart-contract interactions, timestamps, block data, and other blockchain metadata.
Blocksfinity does not control public blockchain records and generally cannot delete, modify, hide, or anonymize information recorded on-chain.
If you turn on Private mode after Identity Inc. verification, Blocksfinity hides the account from in-app search suggestions, leaderboards, and public profile details. The chain stays public. We keep a link from the account to that identity check so fraud and anti-money-laundering reviews can still reach you when legally required. We do not store identity documents for this feature. A paid or imported account verifies the same chain name at /identity/attach. That path does not create a new account.
Your privacy rights may not apply to public blockchain data in the same way they apply to information stored directly by Blocksfinity.

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Typical retention periods may include:

• support inquiries: retained for as long as needed to respond, maintain records, improve support, and protect against disputes;
• technical logs: retained for security, debugging, and operational purposes;
• analytics data: retained according to the settings of our analytics provider;

Public blockchain data may remain available indefinitely on the relevant blockchain network.

However, no website, network, blockchain system, wallet integration, RPC provider, browser session, or data transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
