Short answer
Blocksfinity account alerts are free. Sign in as your Vaulta account, open Alerts, and sign one short proof that is never broadcast and cannot move funds. Alerts for transfers, key changes, multisig, REX, and more then land in the in-app inbox, usually within a minute or two. Email, Telegram, Slack, and WhatsApp are optional copies. An alert tells you something happened. It cannot stop it.
How alerts work
Vaulta activity is public. Blocksfinity reads the chain history for each subscribed account about once a minute and sends an alert for each new action that matches the types you chose. Only activity after you subscribe counts. Past history is not sent.
To change alert settings, you sign a proof with your wallet. It is a real signature that Blocksfinity checks, but it is never sent to the chain, so it costs nothing and cannot move funds. This proof is why nobody can attach their own email or chat to your account.
How to set alerts up
- Sign in as the account you want to watch.
- Open Alerts.
- Under Alert types, keep the types you want and tap Save alert types, or tap Turn on in-app alerts. Sign the proof when your wallet asks.
- Optional: enter an email and tap Get Alerts, or link Telegram, Slack, or WhatsApp with a one-time code.
- Test it: send a small transfer and check the Alert inbox a minute or two later.
Alert types
- Transfers: token transfers in and out.
- Stake / resources: staking, unstaking, refunds, RAM, PowerUp, and votes.
- Name bids & outbids: your bids, refunds, being outbid, and a reminder to claim a name you won.
- Keys & permissions: any key or permission change. Treat an unexpected one as urgent.
- REX: REX actions, plus a note when the pool rate rises past 2%, 5%, or 8%, at most once per band per day.
- Airdrops and Multisig: claims, and proposals you made or are asked to approve.
- Other actions: everything else.
At least one type must stay on. There are no amount or token filters today.
Channels
- In-app inbox: always on once you subscribe. It refreshes about every 45 seconds while the tab is open.
- Email: one address per account. Delivery pauses after a bounce or spam complaint. Save the address again to resume.
- Telegram: generate a code, then open the Blocksfinity alerts bot with it.
- Slack: a workspace owner must add Blocksfinity Alerts first. Then send the app a direct message with your code. It only messages you, never channels. See Slack setup.
- WhatsApp: generate a code and send it to the Blocksfinity WhatsApp number.
Link codes expire in 15 minutes and work once. Chat channels never sign transactions.
Timing and limits
- Checks run about once a minute. Alerts are near real time, not instant.
- In a very large burst of activity, some actions may not get their own alert. The account history in the explorer is the full record.
- The inbox shows your most recent items, 25 by default.
- Mark all read asks for a signature and syncs across devices. Tapping a single item marks it read on that device only.
Common mistakes
- Signed in as a different account. Alerts only manage the account in your current session. Switch accounts in the wallet menu first.
- Expecting alerts to block theft. They cannot. Use Safe Mode if you want a waiting period before the active key can move value.
- Ignoring a key change alert. If you did not make it, rotate keys now in Keys & Permissions.
- Trusting messages that ask for keys. Blocksfinity alerts never ask for a private key or seed phrase.

Are Blocksfinity account alerts free?
Yes. The in-app inbox and every optional channel (email, Telegram, Slack, and WhatsApp) are free. Nothing in alerts is behind a paywall.
Do alerts need my private key?
No. You prove control with a short signature that is never broadcast and cannot move funds. Blocksfinity never asks for a private key or seed phrase for alerts.
Can I get alerts for an account I do not control?
No. Alerts are managed only for the account you are signed in as, so nobody can point your alerts somewhere else. To watch several accounts, sign in as each one and turn alerts on.
How fast do account alerts arrive?
Blocksfinity checks chain history about once a minute, so alerts usually arrive within a minute or two of the transaction. They are not guaranteed to be instant.
Which events trigger an alert?
Transfers, stake and resource actions, name bids and outbids, key and permission changes, REX actions, airdrops, multisig proposals and approvals, and other actions. You choose which types to receive.
Can an alert stop a hacked transfer?
No. An alert tells you something happened. It cannot stop or reverse it. If you get an alert you did not expect, treat your keys as compromised and rotate them from Keys & Permissions.
How do I stop account alerts?
Remove Alerts clears email only. Unlink Slack or Unlink WhatsApp clears that channel. Stop watching ends all alerts for the account, including every channel.
