Recover access without a custodial reset

Short answer
Recovery means proving an authority you already prepared and rebuilding day-to-day access. Blocksfinity cannot invent a new owner key for you. Use Recover with a path you still control.
Recovery paths
- Reconnect a synced or local passkey when the on-chain WebAuthn key still matches.
- Sign in with Blocksfinity Authenticator or another wallet that still controls the account, then register a fresh passkey if you use passkeys.
- Enter the offline owner (recovery) private key you saved when the account was created.
What we cannot do
We cannot reverse chain transactions, restore lost keys, reset a forgotten Authenticator password, or recover a lost passkey. If you prepared none of the paths above, access cannot be restored. That is self-custody, not a product defect.
